Leidos Intelligence Group is seeking a Systems Engineer to support an enterprise IT program. This is a great role for an A&A focused program manager with systems engineering experience.
Primary Responsibilities
The Customer’s office is responsible for the acquisition, analysis, transformation, normalization, and loading of a vast array of data types. The Customer’s office engineers, operates, and maintains a large data lake and system to make the data available to the rest of the Customer’s organization. The Customer requires support for compliance with the Sponsor’s Assessment and Authorization (A&A) process and provide for the appropriate documentation through the various facets of this process. The Systems Engineer will provide program management and system engineering support for compliance with the Customer A&A process and provide for the appropriate documentation through the various facets of this process. They will work closely with the development teams providing input on security best practices and A&A process.
Basic Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
- Bachelors Degree and 12 years of experience. Work Experience can be used/combined with education.
- Demonstrated experience as a Systems Engineer in a mission or enterprise environment, to include reviewing and evaluating engineering designs to ensure standards and best practices are being met.
- Demonstrated experience with AWS, to include in-depth knowledge of technical service offerings and how they can be used to meet security compliance with A&A accreditation process.
- Demonstrated experience taking a system through the security accreditation process.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrate experience with tools supporting Sponsor’s A&A process such as Rapid7 and other Sponsor tools.
- Demonstrated experience ensuring proper application audit documentation is in place.
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Project and communicating timelines to stakeholders.
Pay Range:
Pay Range $118,300.00 - $213,850.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
