The Defense Group at Leidos is looking for experienced, energetic Client Systems Technicians who would like a challenge to support our team on the Air Force (AF) DCGS EPS program. The ideal candidate will have experience providing assistance to users in accessing IT systems, as well as supporting daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems. The candidate will be required to provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems, including Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution.

The AF DCGS EPS program provides sustainment engineering, sustainment planning, integrated Operations and Maintenance (O&M), cyber support, Enterprise Service Support, cloud application migration assessment, and maintenance documentation services for the integrated sustainment of the DCGS.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide Help/Service Desk support to end users and is responsible for answering calls, logging the calls in the ticketing system, and providing the customers with rapid and accurate answers and information.
Provide a broad range of IT knowledge in areas of administration of enterprise systems, databases, and network infrastructure to ensure proper configuration, availability, performance, capacity, and maintenance (including application of the latest patches and upgrades).
Monitor technology obsolescence, manages upgrades, and evaluates alternatives across on-premises and cloud IT infrastructures, both virtual and physical.
Maintain enterprise server infrastructure to ensure proper configuration, availability, performance, capacity, and maintenance (including application of the latest patches and upgrades).
Responsible for installation, configuration, administration, support, and maintenance of systems, including associated hardware and cloud resources.
Update to new technologies, tuning performance, defining storage needs, and prioritizing the implementation of critical system patches.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and at least 4 years of related experience. Additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
Current IAT Level II certification.
Must be a US Citizen and have a minimum of an active Top Secret Security clearance with SCI eligibility.
Preferred Qualifications

Pay Range:
Pay Range $66,300.00 - $102,000.00 - $137,700.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
