Leidos is seeking an experienced intelligence professional serve in the office the Presidential Daily Briefing.
The selected candidate will provide ongoing support to the Presidential Daily Briefing Staff by assisting the sponsor in building new tools, such as electronic databases and tracking mechanisms, to respond to the evolving needs and requirements of the PDB enterprise to support managers, briefers, analysts, and other contributors to the PDB process. These tools will assist to inform executive decision-making for the PDB and Ml leadership. The PDB requires dedicated data analysis and output reports to inform decision-making at ODNI and across the IC. At any given time, there are multiple data management planning, vetting, and analysis projects in motion; and daily, weekly, and monthly tasking for data output in support of PDB mission requirements.
The selected candidate shall assist in the following tasks:
Translating users' needs and capabilities into requirements and detailed technical options for government consideration.
Modeling, adapting, developing, and maintaining logical data, service, and interface specifications.
Collecting, monitoring, and reporting on key performance indicators.
Conducting trend analysis.
Developing dashboards and reports to support government oversight and measures of performance of IC investments.
Making recommendations to the Sponsor on improving business and enterprise oversight processes.
Adapting, developing, and maintaining new physical data, service, and interface specifications in differing formats.
Translating requirements into scalable and supportable solutions that work well within the overall system architecture.
Developing program assessment processes and methodologies to measure and report on portfolios' effectiveness.
Developing data collection needs and collecting data to facilitate the Sponsor's decision on investments.
Standards:
All taskings must be completed in a timely manner, typically within 24-48 hours; dataset errors must be less than 5% once the data has been vetted; written products must be accurate, clear, and free of typos and grammatical errors; and measurable progress must be made on the PDB futures initiatives, including Al use in BookBuilder proof of concept and use cases.
Products:
ID Data Calls for every IC agency; activity reports; updates to Tableau for Front Office and partners; profile updates for principals; production reports for PASS; support to MPAC with NIPF data; and monthly activity reports.
Basic Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI with polygraph
A BA degree and 15+ years of prior relevant experience or a Masters with 13+ years of prior relevant experience
Minimum of 10 Years work experience with or related to national intelligence programs
Ability to be approved for compartmented access and special clearances
Must be cleared to work at the customer’s site
Must be able to work the required schedule, which may include infrequent early morning or overnight shifts.
The successful candidate would also have experience with the following applications/databases: Oracle SQL Developer; Anaconda; Tableau Desktop and Tableau Prep; PGadmin and PostgreSQL; Microsoft Office, specifically Excel; GitHub and Jira.

Experience working with at or in support of the most senior levels of the U.S. government
Demonstrated skills in in writing and communicating logically, clearly, and concisely
Demonstrated interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, senior management, technical staff, and project team members
Pay Range:
Pay Range $105,300.00 - $190,350.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
