Leidos Enterprise & Cyber Solutions Defense team is seeking a Network Analyst, who will provide their network tools expertise to support the design and development of client/server environment. This will ensure the infrastructure in place allows freedom of action in cyberspace while denying the same to our adversaries. Work will be performed on customer site in Ft Huachuca, AZ and U.S. Citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance is required to begin work on the program.
Salary: $80,000

What will you do in this role?
Perform monitoring and configuration management for remote U.S. Army sites Top Layer Architecture (TLA) network and JMN devices consisting of Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto network devices (routers, switches, and firewalls).
Utilize and interpret network enterprise-level software applications such CA Spectrum and BMC TrueSight Network Automation (TSNA) to provide alarm event generation, notification, incident automation, and deployment of network configuration management mechanisms for TLA devices.
Proficient with the following: BMC TrueSight Network Automation (TSNA); CA eHealth; DX Spectrum; NetScount nGenius; Cisco Secure Access Control Server (ACS); RSA Secure ID server& UNIX based operations system (OS) servers.
Manage Joint Management Network (JMN) assets providing network device authentication with Cisco ISE and device configuration management with Cisco Prime and Junos Space applications.
Support the design infrastructure necessary to support strategies consistent with Network Tools.
Support patching and system hardening through STIG application.
Develops, updates, and provides evidence for POAM maintenance and resolutions for all team controlled assets identified with an open security vulnerability requiring mitigation.
Advise on technological purchase selection for processing, data storage, data access, and applications development.
Set standards for the client/server relational database structure for the organization (SQL, ORACLE, etc.).
Advise of potential future feasibility projects to management.
Provide annual assessments of the services and tools utilized to meet COOP capability and CONUS Mission Essential Functions (MEFs).
Operates under general direction, formulates and defines system scope and objectives based on user needs.
Evaluate, devise, or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity, limitations, operating time, and provides feedback.
Prepare detailed specifications for writing future programs.
Analyze, revise, and document existing system integration difficulties or exceptions to policy.
Work competently at the highest technical level within all phases of applications systems analysis activities.
Follow ITIL best practices to manage tickets and processes.
Develop and/or maintain SOPs, TTPs, and SmartBooks associated with current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
Participate in special projects as required.
These are required qualifications for this role...
High School Diploma and 6 years of technical experience, OR Associate’s Degree and 4 years of technical experience or Bachelor’s and 2 years of technical experience.
Prior to start of employment you MUST possess one (1) professional certification identified in DISA IASE IAT Level II DoD 8570.01 Approved Baseline.
Ability to perform on-call and after duty hours as needed
Communicate effectively both orally and in a written form with users and office staff
Capable of explaining complex procedures both verbally and in writing
Work independently and within a team structure
Ability to set priorities and organize work to meet deadlines
U.S. Citizenship required and an active Top Secret clearance.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $54,600.00 - $84,000.00 - $113,400.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
