Leidos is seeking a SOAR Engineer for a position as part of a team supporting the National Nuclear Security Administration in Las Vegas, Nevada area. This is an onsite position, no full-time telework allowed. The Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR) engineer will improve efficiencies and shorten response time for NNSA SOC incident response.

The Challenge:

• Responsible for migrating and implementing a SOAR for the NNSA CSSP program, Cyber Security Service Provider (CSSP) Team, and managing the migration of the existing incident knowledge base.
• Develop and implement SOAR use cases, facilitate integration with security tools across the organization, and report on the effectiveness of the Analyst Collaboration Environment.
• Provide implementation and configuration services for NNSA tools that support CDM (Continuous Diagnostics and Maintenance) efforts.
• Review project deliverables for integration issues prior to inspection and/or acceptance by the Government.
• Work with other vendors to successfully integrate project deliverables.

What Sets You Apart:

• BA/BS degree and 2-4 years of prior relevant experience, add'l experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• TS or Q clearance
• Experience with SOAR platforms.
• DoD 8570 IAT level II or higher certification such as CompTIA Security+CE, CySA+CE, ISC2 SSCP, and SANS GSEC prior to start date.
• Senior experience as a Cyber Security Analyst conducting security incident investigations and security incident handling.
• Knowledge of at least one programming/scripting language (Python or PowerShell).
• Experience with Splunk, Elastic, Kibana, Palo Alto CORTEX SOAR, and/or other SOAR technologies.
• Experience with security frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, etc.
• Motivated self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Linux, scripting, and Request Tracker Incident Response (RT-IR).

You Might Also Have:

• Experience w NNSA platforms
• Knowledge of SOAR platforms, SIEM technologies, and other security tools.
• CISSP / CISM / CRISC Certification.
