As our new colleague, you'll provide your expertise in cybersecurity while supporting the creation and maintenance of ATO designations for IT assets. You'll work with specialized computer systems, commercial and government applications, specialized mission applications, and software in both local and cloud environments.

Your Main Mission:
Ensure full compliance of Mission Systems with applicable security accreditation/authorization requirements and best practices as prescribed by ODN), DIA, DoD, DISA, Navy, NIA, and local authorities.
Communicate with government leadership and other agencies (both internal and external) regarding matters significantly impacting Mission Systems and their accreditation.
Ensure identified specialized IT systems comply with appropriate A&A requirements and best practices.
Prepare security documentation to ensure successful Collateral or ST&E accreditation and ensure full ATOs are established and maintained.
Conduct meetings and technical exchanges with ONI, Fleet, and NAVINTEL validators, assessors, and authorizing officials to; remain abreast of current RMF tools and ATO projects and statuses and confirm understanding of new STIGS and their intent.
Conduct and report results of security-related analyses, evaluations, risk assessments, and other activities supporting requirements to update/establish new Mission Systems/Applications requested by Functional Lead(s).
Attend Cybersecurity policy implementation meetings and briefings, and develop, provide, and deliver technical, operator, and customer training and briefings as necessitated by the approving authority or as requested by Government Functional Lead(s).
Prepare, collate, track, advocate, and manage RMF BOE and SAP documentation through XACTA (SIPRNET/ NIPRNET) and EMASS (JWICS) to establish and maintain continuous ATO.
What Sets You Apart:
Active TS/SCI clearance
BS/BA and 12+ years of related work experience; additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Active IAM Level III DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification (e.g., CISSP).
Experience with DIACAP/DoD RMF, DCID 6/3, ICD-503.
Project management experience.
Experience with IC, DoD, DISA, NAVINTEL IA, Fleet Cyber Command (FLTCYBERCOM), and DoDIIS processes, tools, systems, reporting mechanisms, and requirements for C&A (XACTA/EMASS).
Professional work with IC, DoD, and/or DoN Cybersecurity initiatives and secure information/networking and cloud technologies.
Expertise securing systems/software IAW IC, DoD, and industry best practices; development of security controls, testing methodologies, and test procedures for systems, cloud-based architectures, and Cross Domain Solutions.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $118,300.00 - $213,850.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
