Leidos is seeking an experienced intelligence professional serve in the EDT office of the NCSC. The successful candidate shall:
Primary Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will provide ongoing support on security programs related to ETD equities such as Insider Threat and operations security {OPSEC} on a monthly basis to the intelligence community, Department of Defense, and three hundred Non-Title 50 agencies. Plan, coordinate, and conduct program reviews. In addition to phone and email contact and event attendance, includes attending client meetings and site visits to introduce program review/assessment processes to D/A senior officials, review D/A policies/SOPS, and conduct out-briefs to senior leadership on key findings of their insider threat and OPSEC programs.
Products:
- Memo-For-Record (MFR}, Review/Assessment Report with recommendations, updated contact list, etc. according to ETD-specific SOPs for continuous documentation and tracking of program progress.
- Memo-for-Record (MFRs} documenting client engagement activities and meetings.
Frequency:
- Monthly phone/email contact
- 10-12 Insider Threat Program Reviews per year
- Annual OPSEC Program Self-Assessment Report for each supported organization (e.g., IC, D/A}
- MFRs completed within five working days after engagement
Basic Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph
- A BA degree and 12+ years of prior relevant experience or a Masters with 10+ years of prior relevant experience
- Minimum of 10 years work experience related to managing programs and projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Expert knowledge of insider threat and operations security programs
- Demonstrated skills in in writing logically, clearly, and concisely
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, senior management, technical staff, and project team members
Pay Range:
Pay Range $105,300.00 - $190,350.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
