The Challenge:

• Liaise with 313 TRS TMs to ensure students are tracked and updated with Air Force systems of record, including creating, graduating, and troubleshooting user issues.

• Check SCORM Cloud/Black Board daily for student completion of the online courses.

• Field phone calls/emails from the area and handle enrollment inquiries for all 313 TRS online courses.

• Proofread scheduling documentation for accuracy and completeness before and after Oracle Training Administration (OTA) inputs.

• Contact other squadron’s TMs to coordinate/schedule use of their available resources for End-Of-Course (EOC) critiques.

• Coordinate with field/local TRS when students do not attend online or in-residence classes.

• Track complete status of online, asynchronous courses; send periodic reminders as necessitated.

What Sets You Apart:

• TS/SCI is required on start date.

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting the USAF (experience may be considered in lieu of experience).

• Instructional Systems Development (ISD) experience.

• Experience with Air Education and Training Command (AETC) course development and delivery of policy/regulations.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.

• Excellent analytic and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines and prioritize projects appropriately.

• Ability to work collaboratively to achieve objectives.
