POSITION SUMMARY:
This position will support the DISA GSM-O II TN09 Network Assurance (NA) Program Leadership as the TN09 DISA Europe Operations Lead. The selected candidate will provide leadership for defensive cyber operations activities and will be expected to actively engage with a variety of customers, partnering with them, anticipating their needs, and delivering flawlessly. Candidate must be able to partner successfully across multiple time zones working closely with the TN09 DISA Europe Site Lead and other task order leadership across all sites.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead technical discussions and deliver DISA’s new NEJRS & Endpoint CSSP service offerings to the customer.
- Train and mentor other team members.
- Follow 6510 and 8530 doctrine.
- Support mission-critical Continuity of Operations (COOP).
- Participate in DISA Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) working groups.
- Develop SOPs, TTPs, and QRGs to allow for a better, more reliable DCO process.
- Conduct and deliver weekly status updates to customer.
- Incorporate DISA initiatives into CSSP mission.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10+ years of professional experience; additional related years of experience is accepted in lieu of a degree.
- Hold DoD-8570 IAM Level 1 baseline certification (Sec+CE or equivalent) with the ability to obtain CSSP-A certification within 180 days of start date.
- Proficient understanding of Cyber Network Defense (CND) in regards to protect, detect, respond and sustain within a Computer Incident Response organization.
- Motivated self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience with DISA NEJRS and Endpoint service offerings.
- Experience with Splunk.
- Experience in Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana (ELK).
- Experience in Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE).
- Experience supporting DISA CSSP subscriber/provider validation programs.
- Skilled in building extended cyber security analytics.
- Experience with DISA and DoD Networks.
- Demonstrated experience briefing Senior Executive Service (SES) and General Officer/Flag Officer (GO/FO) leadership.
- Advanced Certifications such as SANS GIAC/GCIA/GCIH, CISSP or CASP.
- Experience in intelligence driven defense, cyber threat intel, and/or cyber Kill Chain methodology.
- Experience in DISA Enterprise Hunt mission objectives.
- Subject matter expertise in DISA cyber weapon systems.
- Skilled in endpoint security analytics.
- Team player.
Pay Range:
Pay Range $97,500.00 - $176,250.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
