The Leidos Public Health Operation is seeking a Program Admin/Coordinator, Contingent upon contract award, to support a Modernization effort for the CDC.

Role is expected to be located in the Atlanta area for partial onsite work

Must currently reside in the United States for the last three consecutive years

Duties:

Provides program support for Program Management Office (PMO) activities, including scheduling meetings, formal reviews, and other program events. Arranges facilities' needs and captures meeting minutes and action items. Supports program and project teams for logistics, travel, shipping, and other administrative functions as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Support development of executive and program reports to include coordination, preparation, and production in adherence with program and Leidos policy guidelines.
  • Experience communicating and sharing information with PMO and large program staff.
  • Ability to manage and maintain calendars for a Program Manager of a large IT program supporting a federal agency.
  • Experience with coordinating and managing conference room reservations, meeting invitations and execution.
  • Ability to coordinate and manage travel arrangements and expense reports using Leidos travel and expense tools.
  • Ability to handle and manage telephone calls, visitors, and other activities within the Leidos PMO.
  • Manage the development of documents and maintain configuration control using standard templates, while coordinating inputs from PMO members.
  • Multitask and prioritize work in a high-volume environment.
  • Excellent communication skills while maintaining a calm, positive, and proactive outlook.
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint, documentation repository, and Adobe.
  • Experience with MS Teams and collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
  • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; especially Word and Outlook.
  • Highly reliable.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CDC/Public Health
  • Interest in IT and data modernization to improve Public Health would be a positive
  • Interest in learning or experience working on a master schedule

This role has the opportunity to grow in project management or other areas within the team/company

Requires ability to obtain Public Trust level 5 clearance

Pay Range:

Pay Range $66,300.00 - $119,850.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
