What you’ll be doing:

  • Applying advanced sourcing best practices to drive and maintain a diverse talent pipeline.

  • Utilize diverse and innovative sourcing tools and techniques to identify key and hard to find talent.

  • Seek creative solutions for building talent communities while optimizing use of available resources.

  • Establish trust and confidence by maintaining a high level of credibility, integrity, and skilled communications with managers and peers.

  • Provide ongoing status of sourcing activities, metrics and candidates.

  • Maintain appropriate documentation of all activities to ensure company and legal compliance with employment practices, processes, policies, and applicable laws.

Required Skills, Education and Experience:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree and 12+ years of experience, OR 16 years of relatable work experience and training may be considered in lieu of degree.

  • Eight (8) plus years of related experience with a strong focus on recruiting, sourcing and finding talent.

  • Success and experience utilizing established sourcing platforms and processes with the ability to identify top talent.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing recruiting and sourcing strategies, including evaluating and recommending new resources as appropriate. 

  • Experienced in building, cultivating and sustaining networks of fully cleared qualified, passive candidates and creating mechanisms to effectively manage a candidate pool.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

  • Experience with OFCCP guidelines.

  • Sound writing skills to prepare detailed interview reports

  • Familiarity with MS Office to generate reports and maintain databases of resumes and contact attempts

  • Required clearance for consideration: Active TS/SCI with poly

Skills required for success in this role:

  • Excellent verbal communication skill to conduct effective phone interviews

  • Demonstrated ability to document information, listen critically and ask follow-up questions

  • Sound writing skills to prepare detailed interview reports

  • Excellent Written and Verbal Presentation skills.  Must be able to clearly communicate ideas and thoughts to a variety of people

  • High level of organizational ability and attention to detail

  • Personal resilience and an optimistic outlook through expected and frequent candidate rejections and cancellation of scheduled events

  • Work with minimal supervision and maintain productivity in a home environment

Pay Range:

Pay Range $105,300.00 - $190,350.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
