We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IC Associate Program Manager. The successful candidate shall:
Duties include:
Confer with National Intelligence Officers on intelligence analysis requirements, then organize, coordinate and manage processes for a select group of up to 200 Subject Matter Experts to complete individual or group short term taskings when required.
Establish business relationships and non-disclosure agreements with a cadre of SMEs who can be called on when needed to create IC work products.
Recruit as needed SMEs and IC board members for part time engagements – leverage Leidos policies, procedures and exceptions for non-full time hiring.
Receive requests for work products (foreign or current affairs briefings, papers, etc.) from the sponsor via verbal or written requests and create SOWs for sponsor concurrence.
Identify the required SME, obtain sponsor concurrence, establish business relationship, and required security approvals.
Assist the sponsor in establishing a Board of Experts and once established, managing said sponsor’s Board of Experts. The Board will be comprised of up to 100 outside expertise from academia, private industry, research institutes, and former government officials that may be assembled in whole or in parts as needed to address specific analytic topics.
Manage the creation and delivery of IC work products including intellectual content, cost, and schedule.
Submit a monthly report to include major deliverables of last reporting period, expected major deliverables of next reporting period, risks, issues, or concerns affecting deliverables.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
12+ years of prior relevant experience or a Masters with 10+ years of prior relevant experience
Minimum of 10 years work experience related to managing programs and projects
Generally, has 4+ years’ experience supervising or leading teams or projects.
Experience in a Completion Based/Deliverables based contract
Security Clearance Requirement
Must have an active TS/SCI with a polygraph to be considered for this position.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $118,300.00 - $213,850.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
