The C4ISR Mission Solutions Division is looking for a Program Manager to manage a cybersecurity related program in Colorado Springs, CO. This an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team making key progress for the Government to improve their cybersecurity posture.
Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for all aspects of managing the program to include technical execution, cost, and schedule from project startup to close-out. Accelerate and improve all technical milestones throughout the information assurance and cybersecurity principles to advance compliance and achieve high customer satisfaction. Responsible for recruiting and managing the performance and needs of the Leidos staff as well as managing subcontractors. The Program Manager is the primary Leidos point of contact with our customer and must establish and maintain relationships with other government organizations and stakeholders. Objectives of this position also include establishing and executing to a strategic vision and growing the program to support evolving customer requirements while meeting internal financial objectives. The successful candidate will be required to brief senior management up to and including the CEO. They may also be responsible for managing or overseeing some other projects, proposals, opportunity captures, and other activities as required.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or other relevant field
12+ years relevant experience overall and 5+ years of experience managing information assurance or related programs
Excellent oral and written communications
Understanding of missile defense systems
DoD SECRET security clearance or higher
Preferred Qualifications
PMP certification
Master’s degree in a relevant technical or management field
Prior military or civilian experience with missile defense command and control systems
Pay Range:
Pay Range $118,300.00 - $213,850.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
