Leidos is seeking a Program Execution Training Solutions Intern in Reston, VA or Telecommute.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Program Execution Training Solutions has an opening for an intern to work in a virtual/telework position providing support to the development and execution of training solutions.
The position will involve understanding the various training and development initiatives both in place and in development, working with the team to help develop and implement, and providing other as-needed technical and administrative support to ensure successful training execution.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Come up to speed and understand the scope of work and initiatives in the PE Training Solutions organization
•Assist with documentation and communication of work in process within team
•Status priority/initiatives list
•Assist in coordination of key initiative planning
•Consolidate feedback for various key initiative development efforts
•Draft communications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
•Currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college/university with coursework in program management, business or related fields
•Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
•Ability and desire/commitment to achieve deadlines
•Good communications skills (written and verbal)
•Experience working in a team environment in a virtual setting
•U.S. Citizenship is required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
•3.0 GPA.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities and continue to drive forward to successful results.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $36,400.00 - $65,800.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
