The Defense Group at Leidos has an exciting opportunity for a Program Finance Analyst to provide program finance support as part of a team on the new $1.5B Sentinel Award! You will be responsible for planning, tracking, analysis, reporting, invoicing, collections, and subcontract/IWO management. Individuals in this role have significant interface with Project Managers, Contracts, Senior Technical Personnel, as well as other organizations. You will work closely with the Lead Sentinel PFA and Program Management to help define the program's goals; create and maintain a program's budget, schedule and prepare the EAC.
Primary Responsibilities
Developing and driving financial forecasts and analyzing the program’s revenue and costs.
Assist in the development and maintenance of program Estimates At Complete (EAC) with collaboration from program management and technical leads.
Program life-cycle activities such as project setup/ maintenance; internal financial activities such as invoicing support, accruals, funding tracking, period close, and variance analysis.
Subcontracts and IWO hours/cost management.
Supports the preparation of quantitative reports for customer deliverables.
Help drive innovation and automation.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and 2 – 4 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
Basic knowledge of multiple contract types: CPAF, CPFF, FFP, T&M
Detail oriented, independent worker, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong MS Excel and Office skills (e.g. PowerPoint)
Strong organization, analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Must be a US Citizen
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with the Leidos tool suite: CostPoint, Fusion, SLICS, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
Contract Setup Processes
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Query
Pay Range:
Pay Range $54,600.00 - $98,700.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
