Leidos National Security Sector is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to provide Tier 2, 3 and 4 support.  The position requires a driven, self-starter with a customer service mindset willing to provide solutions to the customer with minimal downtime.  Previous experience should revolve around supporting printers or field support services.

This position requires a current and active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance.  We do not have the ability to sponsor candidates for clearance processing.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provides technical support and customer service to the organization's users of computer applications and hardware (e.g., PCs, servers, mainframes)
  • Answers questions regarding system procedures, online transactions, systems status and downtime procedures; may be located within a call center. 
  • Collaborates with network services, software systems engineering and/or application development in order to restore service and/or identify problems.
  • Maintains a troubleshooting tracking log ensuring timely resolution of problems.
  • Works independently, receives minimal guidance.
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
  • Requires conceptual and practical expertise in own area and general knowledge of related areas.
  • Has knowledge and executes of best practices utilizing excellent oral and communication skills. Must be able to explains complex concepts in simple terms.
  • Acts as a resource for other team members; may lead projects and provide or coordinate solutions with other teammates.
  • Solves complex problems by taking a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
  • Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policies.

Basic Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph
  • BA/BS Degree and 4+ years of IT experience
  • Additional experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
  • Experience should be focused on supporting printers and/or field support services

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with System Administrator rights on client IT system
  • Security + certification

Pay Range:

Pay Range $108,550.00 - $196,225.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
