Leidos, Dynetics Group, is seeking a talented Program Support Specialist to function full-time within the Sensor Systems Analysis & Engineering (SSA&E) Department.

The Program Support Specialist will be responsible for a variety of tasks primarily in support of high-priority programs, providing direct assistance to project managers, as required, to ensure efficient and timely actions. Duties may include working with Contracts, Finance, Pricing, Subcontracts, Accounting, and Procurement to facilitate program needs. The candidate will also perform procurement duties to include material requisitions and tracking. The candidate will be responsible for training on and becoming proficient with the internal tools made available to help advance and assess program status; therefore, the candidate must have initiative and be a quick learner. The candidate will be expected to resolve issues independently and accurately. In addition to programmatic tasks, the candidate may perform administrative duties as assigned (e.g., setting up and coordinating meetings) and coordinate with internal and external organizations (including customers) on a variety of topics; therefore, the candidate must also be a confident and capable communicator. Customer service experience is a plus. The ideal candidate will thrive in a learning environment that encourages hard work, leadership, and growth.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration (or equivalent) is preferred with a minimum GPA of 3.50.
- Candidates with 0-3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Candidate must have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, ideally MS Project, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

- Candidate must show initiative in a team environment to be a problem solver.
- Candidates must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area.

Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.
Pay Range:Pay Range $39,650.00 - $71,675.00
