We are seeking an experienced, professional Program Support Secretariat Analyst to support a DoD organization. A successful candidate needs to be a high-energy, well-organized, detail-oriented, forward-thinking, analyst and planner with executive-level experience, familiarity with DoD CIO Information Enterprise (IE) and a Chief Staff role, and the ability to function independently and as part of a team. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: 
 
Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate, manage, and oversee operations to achieve strategic goals and objectives.

  • Support DoD IE strategy, operations, and integration efforts as needed and directed.

  • Support the development of executive and military reports to include coordination, preparation, and production in adherence with DoD CIO policy guidelines.

  • Set up and manage operational project folders as needed and directed per DoD CIO policy. 

  • Manage the development of documents and maintain configuration control using DoD CIO standard templates, while coordinating inputs from multiple subject matter experts.

  • Undertake special projects as needed and directed by the DoD CIO and/or DCIO representative. 

  • Work closely with DCIO IE and other DoD CIO senior-level personnel.

  • Coordinate with Government leaders to request presentations required for Government meetings and notify them of turnaround timelines.

  • Update project documents (e.g., Charters, Meeting Notes, Briefings, and Status).

  • Manage Government meeting slide presentations including formatting, posting, and distribution to all the stakeholders.

  • Support the Government supervisor in all programmatic activities, including follow-up activities, establishing action items, setting up meetings, and coordinating with other DoD components.

 
Required Skills:

  • Must be operationally oriented and able to multitask/prioritize work in a high-volume environment.

  • Team player with a positive and professional demeanor, strong customer service awareness, and excellent organizational skills.

  • Flexible and forward-leaning especially with regards to operations and planning.

  • Understand the role of the Senior Military Aide/Advisor (SMA).

  • Knowledge with setting up virtual meetings and conducting them in an effective manner, including sharing desktops, and enabling voice interaction.

  • Agility with task management, coordination, and execution.

  • Solid knowledge of MS Office suite especially with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Ability to multitask and execute directives effectively and with little supervision.

  • Functional computer skills and knowledge.

  • Exceptional communications, staffing, and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to share information and guide activities productively.

  • Superior presentation skills.

  • Experience with interacting with Government officials and senior military personnel.

  • Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient with Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS).

  • Confident and self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or a Master's degree with 6+ years of prior relevant experience, additional years of experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree. 

  • 8+ years of relevant DoD, operations, and business experience.

  • Active Top Secret/SCI DoD clearance.

  • PMP certification is desired.

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.

  • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Suite of tools.

  • Highly reliable and dependable.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
