The IT Services contract supports the F-35 Lighting II Joint Program Office (F-35 JPO) mission and enhances its effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity by providing the Government with a full range of IT and Cyber Security services. Successful applicants will be part of a fast-paced team providing Information Technology and Information Assurance /Cybersecurity Services to the F-35 Lighting II Joint Program Office (F-35 JPO) Virtual Enterprise network and standalone workstations.

The full contract scope consists of program management, enterprise performance management, enterprise architecture, emerging capabilities and requirements implementation, life cycle management, operations & maintenance, enterprise data management, service desk support, IT training, and CS support. These services are critical to the successful fielding of F-35 mission capabilities.

Primary Responsibilities

Evaluates, recommends, and implements automated test tools and strategies. Designs, implements, and conducts test and evaluation procedures to ensure system requirements are met. Develops, maintains, and upgrades automated test scripts and architectures for application products. Also writes, implements, and reports status for system test cases for testing. Analyzes test cases and provides regular progress reports. Serves as subject matter specialist providing testing know-how for the support of user requirements of complex to highly complex software/hardware applications. Directs and/or participates in all phases of risk management assessments and software/hardware development with emphasis on analysis of user requirements, test design and test tools selection. Assist in the upkeep, maintenance and security of networks; analyzes the computer and information needs of the organization from an operational and strategic perspective and determines immediate and long-range personnel and

equipment requirements. Integrates, plans, coordinates, and facilitates information system related activities such as upgrade of hardware and software, program and system design development of computer networks, and implementation of internet and intranet sites.

Basic Qualifications

  • MA or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or an Information Technology.

  • Ten (10) years of experience with Systems Engineering disciplines and protocols to include comprehensive knowledge of cloud computing, virtualization, micro-virtualization, mobile device management, Amazon Web Services, big data solution development. 

  • An additional six (6) years of experience with a BA/BS can be substituted for a MA or MS degree.

  • Requires a US Citizenship.

  • Must hold an active DoD Secret clearance.

  • Certified as a CCNA, CCNP, MCITP, and/or MCTS.

  • IAT Level II baseline certification in accordance with DoD 8570.01-M, Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program, (or achieve within six months of TOA or hiring).

Pay Range:

Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00
