Job Description:
Leidos seeks a Business Systems Analyst to support the DSI program. Primary Responsibilities below:Ability to assist customers with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technical support issues as well as consulting with customers on their business processes and the relevant CRM software usage to meet those business process requirements.Majority remote customer software support with occasional onsite/In-office software consulting and software support in a demanding Federal, State and Local environment.Ability to communicate effectively with VIP customers is a plus.Candidate must have strong communication, customer service and organizational skillsSuperior customer service, verbal and written skillsPrevious ticket tracking experience is beneficialClear public speaking voiceAbility to gain public trust clearance and possible secret clearanceAbility to multi task and work in fast paced environmentPrevious Helpdesk phone support in combination with customer-facing/onsite support is a strong differentiatorAbility to quickly learn proprietary CRM softwareProfessional appearanceBasic HTML knowledge and strong, demonstrated troubleshooting skillsStrong in-person, phone and written communication skillsBasic Networking knowledge beneficialOracle/SQL knowledge and experience - potential differentiatorExperience in Multimedia Design and Web Content Development is a strong differentiatorThe selected candidate will need to be able to immediately obtain Public trust clearance and may need to be able to obtain a secret clearance if the customer needs it. Typical education and experience: (Generally the level of education/experience desired, not necessarily required)Typically requires BS degree and 2 - 4 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.Previous helpdesk/onsite support experience and familiarity with Technical Support Ticketing/Tracking Systems is preferredRequired Skills:Windows 7/8/8.1/10, MAC OS, MS Office 2010, 2013, 2016 knowledge needed.Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari browser familiarity needed. Desired Skills:At least 1 year of experience working in a Congressmember's Governor's, or Federal State or local agency/office.Knowledge or experience using IQ (Intranet Quorum) strongly desired.
