The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) HCAccess program is looking for a Business Process Modeling Developer to join the
Perform design and implementation of customer requirements within technical, schedule and cost constraints.
Responsible for supporting integration activities with the HCAccess COTS applications.
Participate in full lifecycle software development, including design documentation, code reviews, and unit testing.
Assist in the analysis of system requirements and the derivation of implementation requirements.
Aggressively resolve key technical issues as they arise.
Preparing Impact Assessments related to the software and COTS Baseline.
Maintaining Burndown plans for development work.
Support customer/contractor status and capabilities briefings.
Potential candidate should be highly motivated and willing to take ownership over key areas of the application.
Candidates are required to have experience with Business Process Modeling (BPM) and the ability to lead development of new functionality being built within a team of 10-15 people.
This includes building and testing process flows that interact with partner systems, other contractors, and the government.
Typically requires BS and 4 - 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 - 6 years of prior relevant experience.
Two years' experience working with a Business Process Modeling tool.
Five years of experience coding Java,
Three years of experience developing stored procedures in Oracle, knowledge of SQL,
Ability to comprehend difficult technical designs, implementation of customer requirements within technical/schedule/cost constraints,
Familiarity working in a full systems lifecycle (SLC) including design documentation/code reviews/test documentation, experience analyzing system requirements and the derivation of implementation requirements,
Ability to resolve key technical issues as they arise, and familiarity preparing impact assessments (ROMs/LOE) for new functionality
Experience with the OpenText Process Suite Platform, the agile methodology, and .NET/C#/ASP.NET.
Knowledge of and/or experience with the Government Human Resources application domain.
