Job Description:
Leidos has an immediate career opportunity for a Scrum Master in support of the Air Force Common Computing Environment (CCE).

This Scrum Master will be in direct support of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Common Services project on the Global Combat Support System - Air Force 2 (GCSS-AF2) program.
On the CCE ERP project, team members collaborate on all activities to support systems engineering, integration, software capability/maintenance and related support services.
Team members are encouraged to adopt and implement industry-best practices and encouraged to explore the latest technology and most efficient practices.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, a quick learner and able to work independently while collaborating with other team members and external components in a complex environment. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in transforming and building end-to-end environments using DevOps to integrate, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and operate multiple systems on a traditional Engineered System.
This role requires an experienced Scrum Master to work on a team under the guidance of a Senior Scrum Master.
This team will provide support across multiple Agile teams in a Government environment.

The target candidate will have experience implementing and transitioning a Government project to Agile using best practices of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The target candidate will have experience with management tools such as JIRA with knowledge of model configurations in support of multiple product areas.

Scrum Masters will manage the output of Systems Engineering technical vision and support horizontal communication across all project areas. Scrum Masters will support the Lead Scrum Master in ensuring an objective perspective is added to technical activities.

Primary Responsibilities:
Provide insight to management on issues.
Ensures achievement of goals and objectives by communication with stakeholders.
Facilitate development of project plans to support schedule, budget, scope.
Monitor overall execution to deliver incremental stakeholder value.
Ensure requirements are appropriately translated and captured in Backlog.
Capture Meeting Minutes.
Capture JIRA tasks.
Schedule meetings/resolve conflicts.
Help build, clean, and audit JIRA objects.
Ensure correct data is in JIRA.
Coordinate JIRA changes with admin(s).
Manage consistency across Epics, Features, Stories, and Tasks.
Coordinate proper configuration of JIRA to ensure proper metrics are available.
Coordinate proper reporting functionality within JIRA.
Ensure alignment across Scrum Masters.
Solicit and capture feedback from customer.
Facilitate sprint ceremonial meetings.
Facilitate Backlog grooming to identify issues with stories.

Education and Experience:
BS and 4 - 8 years of prior relevant experience or additional relevant experience in lieu of degree,
or Masters with 2 - 6 years of prior relevant experience.

Must be US Citizen.

Basic Qualifications:
Active Secret clearance or higher is required.
Active Security+ or higher certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment).
Demonstrated Scrum Master experience.
Experience with Agile project management tools (JIRA).
Demonstrated ability to coordinate across remote team members, management, and customers.
Demonstrated ability to guide peers, leaders, and decision makers on addressing complex issues.
Excellent communication skills.
