Job Description:
The Civil Health Operation is seeking a Jr Oracle DBA in Baltimore, MD. Position Description: This work effort is to assist in SSA's development of the Windows Development and Production Environment (WDPE), which is a project that is mandated to establish standards for development and production support for application systems on a Windows platform. The resource will be evaluating SQL server tools, developing database support and design standards/guidelines, developing application development standards for SQL Server, and providing DBA support for SQL Server databases.
Requires a BS degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.

Detailed Skills Requirements Required: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Must be an Oracle 12c Administrator Certified Associate • Experience with SQL Server at least version 2016. • Experience with TOAD for MSSQL • Experience with BitBucket and Confluence • Availability to provide weekend/off-hours support as needed. Desired: • Experience developing in .net and vb. • Experience with SSA decommissioning process. • Experience with SSA Disaster Recovery process.
