Job Summary:

The Service Delivery Lead (SDL) shall establish, refine, and oversee IT service delivery to internal and external customers. The SDL shall ensure that policies and processes are in place to deliver consistent, efficient, and effective services. The SDL shall engage customers, evaluate their feedback, and develop quality improvement processes.

Primary Responsibilities:

Establish, refine, and oversee IT service delivery to internal and external customers
Ensure that policies and processes are in place to deliver consistent, efficient, and effective services
Engage customers, evaluate their feedback, and develop quality improvement processes
Manage 24/7/365 Help Desk.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical field.
A minimum of a Master's degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical field.
A minimum of 14 years related experience; 10 years of experience directly related to IT services.
7 + years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects
TS/SCI with Poly required for Position

Preferred Qualifications:

List additional skills and experience that is "nice to have" but not required.
Experience managing technical/support teams in a related subject area to that of the TOR.
Experience utilizing IT service planning.
Experience performing in medium to large scale operations of IT Service Management.
Experience utilizing service delivery in a Government systems and services environment.
Experience utilizing Agile development, DevOps, and knowledge management.
ITIL certification.
