Job Description:
Leidos Defense &
Intelligence Group is currently seeking expertise to transform and build an
end-to-end national-level security environment using DevOps to integrate,
develop, test, deploy, maintain, and operate, multiple systems on traditional
and cloud platforms in Reston and Tysons, VA.This role manages resources who design, develop, and maintain software applications using a tailored SAFe Agile DevSecOps process. This role manages resources who implement best practices and patterns to perform design, development, automated testing, and automated deployment of software modules via DevSecOps Continuous Integration Continuous Delivery (CI/CD). Duties include managing resources who perform software requirements analysis, risk identification, risk mitigation, and collaboration across Agile teams. Duties also include implementing flexible cross-training to provide systems engineering, software development, training, security, and testing.This role manages software systems development, including the design, development, troubleshooting, and debugging of software programs for software enhancements and new software-intensive systems and products. This also includes software tools and scripting languages used for design, development and maintenance of on-premises and cloud infrastructure and platforms. This role manages the identification of software and hardware dependencies and capacities. This role selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.NSOINT

Basic Qualifications:- Bachelors Degree and 8 years prior relevant work experience. Additional years of work experience in lieu of degree is acceptable.- Experience providing technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments.- Experience establishing goals and plans that meet project objectives.- Domain and expert technical knowledge.- Experience directing and controling activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met.- Experience interfacing with senior management and negotiating with clients on requirements and deliverables.- Experience supervising others.- Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance is required
