Job Description:
Leidos is seeking a System Engineer to support the development and use of mission-focused services and capabilities across the IC in a high-paced, dynamic environment. Candidates must currently possess a TS/SCI Polygraph security clearance.

Responsibilities and tasks may include some or all of the following:

Support all aspects of the evolution of the Intelligence Community Enterprise Architecture, to include technical assessments and technical requirements analysis, as well as future capability needs (near and long-term) to drive the design and integration of the ITE.

Assist with developing, integrating, and maintaining the Intelligence Community Enterprise Architecture and segment architectures in support of the ITE.

Support the promotion of sharing and reusing IT applications and solutions

Support the architecture and strategic design guidance of a collaborative sharing services program

Coordinate boards and other technical working groups

Support all aspects of the current and planned future state of the Core user capabilities: Analytics, Collaboration, Enabling Services, and Search and Discovery.

Assist with engaging with mission users and translating their requirements into detailed technical solutions.

Develop and/or maintain guiding documents, such as mission service transition plans, and CONOPs.

Support the development of mechanisms to implement improvements and efficiencies.


The candidate must have 12+ years experience developing, implementing, integrating, and evaluating IC systems engineering-related projects, as well as experience supporting either mission programs and/or consulting with senior level customers.


PMP certification or architecture experience. Familiarity with IT architectures including cloud computing and virtualization. Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders to drive forward progress. Ability to adapt in response to shifts in customer priorities.

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a closely related Engineering or IT discipline.
