Technical Lead for the Ironhide Service Level Management (SLM) strategy and Technical lead for the program architecture that effectively aligns with the NISP infrastructure architecture. The Ironhide program is the Enterprise User Facing Services portion of the Transformers Campaign. The objectives of the contract are: Support an enterprise desktop migration; Provide enabling services for applications and content for all Government -owned equipment and Industry-accessible images within the Enterprise Management Information Systems and Mission Access Services; Provide enterprise wide operations and engineering support for the desktop domain; and Provide monitoring and reporting of performance using ITIL-based Service Level Management processes The size of the program could reach revenues in excess of $25M per year, and spans both CONUS and OCONUS. This position is located in Chantilly VA, remotely managing portions of the program.External referral eligible
Required: Bachelor's Degree in related technical field (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). Typical experience is 12-15 yrs w/ BS, 10-12 w/ MS.
Desired: Advanced Degrees and certifications (e.g. M.S., Security+, CISSP, CCIE, ITILv3)
Required: Relevant experience with IT user-facing services of similar size, scope, and complexity
