The Leidos Civil Group is seeking a senior level Project and Program Management Analyst to join the National Airspace System (NAS) Integration Support Contract (NISC III) team. The position will provide support to the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Enterprise Configuration Management office, AJW-261 on WebCM NAS Change Proposal (NCP) Automation Infrastructure tasks. The focus of the position will be strategic and budget planning, federal budget formulation and execution, as well as, knowledge of and experience with the FAA's Knowledge Services Network (KSN) to include site development. KSN is a shared community environment providing secure access to sites and content for FAA employees, contractors, vendors and industry partners.
Specific duties performed include but are not limited to:
Budget planning, formulation and executionProgram assessment and analysisUpdating various software applications and media for FAA approval, as well as, site developmentGeneration of reports and presentations for FAA approval, coordinating with FAA offices as requiredProvide expertise to conduct research, evaluations, and studiesPresent recommendations/solutions related to short and long-term program planning requirementsClassify and summarize data for the preparation and submission of reports on a recurring basisProvide planning, scheduling, networking and coordination assistance among all regional and headquarters' organizations involving NAS implementation and integration efforts and related monitoring/tracking programsProvide assistance and recommendations to FAA managers and staff who directly affect the conduct and attainment of agency goalsProvide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) guidance to address KSN issues and concernsDocument program activities in Monthly Task Order (TO) Status Report
Typical education and experience:Typically requires a BA degree and 12 - 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 - 13 years of prior relevant experience.Basic qualifications
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with business management analysis, strategic planning, the Federal budget process, and KSN site developmentAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Working knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) laws and regulations.
Previous work experience for/with the FAA is highly preferred
