Job Description:
Deputy Program Manager (DPM)
Duties:
• Assists with the management of the Task Order.
• Responsible for managing cost, schedule, performance, and risk across the Task Order.
• Manages the performance of technical support projects/tasks IAW Task Order requirements.
• Assists and advises the PM, managing the day-to-day activities to ensure programs and projects meet organizational goals and requirements.
• Oversees the work of Task Order personnel and prioritizes tasks/projects as required.
• Directs and supervises all support resources for the performance of project assignments and activities.
• Works with customers to ensure resource availability, workload and performance are met.
• Communicates project milestones and deliverables. Must have strong experience with the FAR.
• Assist in the management of complex programs with large number of personnel, equipment, facilities, and geographically dispersed customers.
• Serves as the alternate contact for project matters between customers and corporate.
• Assists with financial management oversight for the Task Order and maintain budget guidelines and schedules.
• Ensures effective utilization of personnel, materials, funds, facilities, and equipment meets the customers' operational needs.

Experience & Education:
Master's degree from an accredited college/university with a major or concentration in Logistics, Engineering, Program Management, Business Administration or related fields with 12-15 years of successful managerial experience on DoD programs and projects that provided worldwide maintenance, facility engineering, and logistics support; or
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Program Management, Business Administration or related fields from an accredited university/ college with 20 years' experience of successful managerial experience on DoD programs and projects that provided worldwide maintenance, facility engineering, and logistics support.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
• Demonstrated knowledge in contract management, logistics, SCIF and intelligence operations. Demonstrated knowledge and experience with the FAR.
• Proven leadership in successfully managing complex programs with large number of personnel, equipment, and customers geographically dispersed.
• Management experience in contingency support operations.
• Knowledge of practical application of information operations for military operations.
• Understanding of contract fiscal and business management, including the management of Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) efforts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Project.
• Ability to analyze data and brief senior leadership.
• Knowledge of practical application of information operations for military operations.
• Fluent in the English language including the ability to read, write, and comprehend relevant documentation.
Clearance Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship, Top Secret (TS) security clearance with Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) indoctrination.
