Description:
Responsible for directing, managing and administering the accomplishment of all aspects of the Grimlock Program Statement of Work to ensure completion of all program activities within the established budget and schedule. The Grimlock program is the Enterprise Information Technology Security Services portion of the Transformers Contracts. The Grimlock contract provides the NRO Infrastructure Service Provider with the security services and capabilities necessary to ensure IT services provided to the NRO workforce are secure. Broadly, these services are within identity and access areas within cybersecurity. The size of the program could reach revenues in excess of $40M per year, and spans both CONUS and OCONUS. This position is located in Chantilly VA, remotely managing all aspects of the program.

Education/Certification:
Required: Bachelor's Degree in a related technical field (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM))

Desired: Master's Degree in Business or a related technical field (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM)). Relevant Professional Certifications (e.g. PMP

Experience:
Required: Shall have at least 5 years recent (within the past 3 years) relevant experience (similar size, scope, and complexity to include subcontracts management) as a Program Manager for an IT program within the Intelligence Community

Desired: Experience within the NRO and/or Mission Partner organization
