Job Description:
Leidos is seeking qualified candidates with extensive Professional Military Education experience to serve as the Academic Governance, Organization, Resources and Processes Task Lead for a National Defense University (NDU) in the Middle East. The Academic Governance Task Lead serves as the focal point for planning for and implementing all programs, processes, policies and resources required to support the establishment of and accreditation of the National Defense University.
REQUIRED EDUCATION: Masters degree from an accredited institution and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Must have at least 15 years of relevant experience, three years of project management experience and two years of experience in Professional Military Education at a US military or NATO Intermediate / Senior Level School. Equivalent civilian teaching experience may be substituted for a US military or NATO Intermediate / Senior Level School teaching experience on a case-by-case basis. DESIRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION: A high degree of cultural adaptability is a must. Previous international teaching experience, preferably in the Middle East, is highly desired as is Arabic language proficiency.
