Job Description:
Description: Leidos is seeking qualified candidates with extensive Professional Military Education experience to serve as the Accreditation Deputy Task Lead for a National Defense University (NDU) in the Middle East. The Accreditation Deputy Task Lead will assist the host nation Accreditation Task Lead to complete the steps required to achive accreditation of the Joint Command and Staff College and War College curriculums before the National Commission for Academic Accreditation and Assessment. The goal is to offer students a locally and internationally recognized Master's Degree upon graduation.
Qualifications: REQUIRED EDUCATION: Master's degree from an accredited institution. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Must have at least 15 years of relevant experience, two years of experience in working the accreditation process at a US or NATO Intermediate / Senior Level School involving a regional accreditation authority such as the Middle States Commission on Higher Education. Equivalent civilian teaching experience may be substituted for US or NATO War College teaching experience on a case-by-case basis. DESIRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION: A high degree of cultural adaptability is a must. Previous international teaching experience, preferably in the Middle East, is highly desired as is Arabic language proficiency.
