Leidos is seeking qualified candidates with extensive Professional Military Education experience to serve as CONUS-based Non-Resident Curriculum Manager for a National Defense University (NDU) in the Middle East. The non-resident Curriculum Manager will support the in-country Curriculum Task Lead in the transformation of a Joint Command and Staff College curriculum. The CONUS-based Non-Resident Curriculum Manager will coordinate and supervise development of all course curriculum and lesson materials to support modernization of the existing Command and Staff College curriculum.
Qualifications: REQUIRED EDUCATION: Master's degree from an accredited institution. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Must have at least 15 years of relevant experience, three years of curriculum management/development and at least one year of experience in teaching at a US or NATO Intermediate / Senior Level Professional Military Education program. Equivalent civilian teaching experience may be substituted for US or NATO War College teaching experience on a case-by-case basis. DESIRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION: A high degree of cultural adaptability is a must. Previous international teaching experience, preferably in the Middle East, is highly desired as is Arabic language proficiency.
