Job Description:
Leidos is seeking qualified candidates with extensive Professional Military Education experience to serve as the Curriculum Task Lead for a National Defense University (NDU). The Curriculum Task Lead serves as focal point for all NDU curriculum development, integration and accreditation issues. The Curriculum Task Lead will work in close coordination with host country conterparts to lead the transition of the existing Command and Staff College to an accredited Joint professional military education institution.
REQUIRED EDUCATION: Masters degree from an accredited institution. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Must have at least 15 years of relevant experience, three years of curriculum management/development and at least one year of experience in teaching at a US or NATO Intermediate / Senior Level. Equivalent civilian teaching experience may be substituted for US or NATO War College teaching experience on a case-by-case basis. DESIRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION: A high degree of cultural adaptability is a must. Previous international teaching experience, preferably in the Middle East, is highly desired as is Arabic language proficiency.
