Job Description:
Leidos is seeking qualified candidates with extensive Professional Military Education experience to serve as the Quality Assurance Task Lead for a National Defense University (NDU). The Quality Assurance Task Lead will advise and assist in the development of the NDU Quality Assurance and Quality Management Plan. He will advise and assist in the development of the Institutional Effectiveness and Quality Enhancement Program policies that will lead to accreditation by the National Commission for Academic Accreditation and Assessment.
REQUIRED EDUCATION: Masters degree from an accredited institution. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Must have at least 15 years of relevant experience, three years of teaching experience and one year of experience in Quality Assurance / Institutional Effectiveness at a US or NATO Intermediate / Senior Level School. Equivalent civilian teaching experience may be substituted for US or NATO War College teaching experience on a case-by-case basis. DESIRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION: A high degree of cultural adaptability is a must. Previous international teaching experience, preferably in the Middle East, is highly desired as is Arabic language proficiency.
