Leidos is seeking an experienced analyst to develop Competitive Assessment/Position to Win (CA/PTW) strategies and market analysis for selected opportunities.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Must work closely with capture teams as well as independently analyze recent and emerging competitor, customer, and technology trends to determining impact on source selection. The position involves collecting data and analyzing a wide variety of approaches, applications, and technologies for a diverse set of new business pursuits. The successful candidate will demonstrate ability to develop detailed knowledge of customer buying patterns, competitor bid tendencies, and assess competitor technical/business strategies and capabilities and the resulting impact on pricing. Tasks require knowledge and understanding of current technology, engineering disciplines, rapid development of high level architectures, architecture costing, and analysis of competitor bidding and pricing strategies. The analyst must be able to develop multiple perspectives through development of a highly interactive virtual team. The position involves frequent presentations to senior executives.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS, and EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 12 years or more of professional experience;10 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree.
Considered an expert, authority in price-to-win discipline.
Requires acute skills in rapid development and costing of high level architectures/CONOPs and analysis of competitor bidding and pricing strategies.
Must have Communication/Facilitation Skills, Strategic Thinking, Business Development and Capture experience, Web Based Research.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Cost/Price Modeling including Bid Entity Business Models, Government Procurement/Budget, Key Competitors Understanding, International Competition, Advanced Technologies, Market and Strategic Analysis, Top Secret TS/SCI
