The Program Security Lead will provide program management support to engineering staff to include project scheduling, deployment coordination, and assist with the creation of contract deliverables.
This position requires active TS SCI clearance.
The Program Security Team Lead will provide expert knowledge on clearance processing, COMSEC account management, controlled space management, visit certifications and control, classified document control, controlled unclassified information (CUI) management and requirements. The Security Lead will also provide physical security including alarm response for controlled areas, IAW, EO 13526, DOD M5200.01, DOD I5105.21, the NISPOM, relevant ICDs, and other applicable government security directives associated with both collateral and SCI security programs.
As the Security Team Lead you will track and coordinate program security related training requirements (Threat Awareness and Reporting Program, Army Training Certification Tracking System, DoD Information Awareness training, AT Level I awareness, iWATCH Training, and other trainings specific to the contract).
The role will also cover the Program CSSO/CSSR and coordinate all requirements for accreditation, visitor control, contract management, and personnel indoctrination.
Additionally, the Lead will manage User Account access to program information systems via DD-2875. Submit and maintain IATO, IATT, and ATOs; Attend internal and external meetings with IPT leads, TO Leads, and the customer; Execute the TASS program for issuance of CACs to program personnel; Maintain Anti-Tamper program and the program OPSEC Plan.
The Security Team Lead will make decisions, take independent action, analyze problems, and provide focused solutions with the ability to effectively communicate information to various audiences. Communicate with customer security representatives. Conduct site surveys and security reviews with subcontractors to ensure all program security requirements are being met. Maintain liaison with Facility Security Officers and government security representatives at alternate aircraft bed down locations and test sites.

Bachelor's Degree and 8-12 years of derived experience; 5 years of relevant work history in industrial, information, personnel and physical security in a DOD environment is required. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Two (2) years' experience as Primary Account Manager or 3 years' experience as an Alternate Account Manager for industry or government COMSEC account
Experience as a Special Security Officer for industry or the DOD
Experience with T-SCIF and/or TSW
Familiarity with security databases such as JPAS, ISFD, eFCL, STEPP, SIMS
Must have a Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
Industry security certifications
Experience with operating and troubleshooting COMSEC equipment and fill devices
Completion of DSS FSO for Possessing Facilities training, DSS Academy Getting Started for FSO Course or equivalent training required
COMPTIA Security Plus, CASP or CISSP Certification or achievable within 6 months of hire.
DSS Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) or achievable within 6 months of hire
