Job Description:
The candidate will technically lead plan, organize, secure and manage resources to bring about the successful completion of both small and large complex Electronic Warfare research and development program goals and objectives. The candidate's will also be expected to lead the development of new technical solutions, processes, standards, or operational plans for Leidos customers in response to broad area announcements (BAAs) and request for proposals (RFPs) in accordance with Leidos policies and procedures. The candidate will interface with the technical team, task leads, subcontractors, support personnel, Leidos management, and customers. This will include developing complex technical reports, management reports, and presenting associated briefings. Additionally, the ideal candidate would serve as a mentor and coach for other professional staff and communicate with senior executive leadership (internally or client) regarding matters of strategic importance to the organization/project.

Requires a BS degree and 15+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 13+ years of prior relevant experience, or a Ph.D with 10+ years of prior relevant experience.
U.S. Citizen: required. The ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance is required. An active Secret or higher security clearance with a background investigation completed within the last 5 years is highly desired.
