Job Description:
Leidos is currently seeking a part-time Research Assistant to support the Deployment Health Research Department at the Naval Health Research Center in San Diego, CA.
The mission of the Deployment Health Research Department is to examine how specific factors and experiences effect on the overall physical and mental health of service members and their families. This position will work closely with the Principal Investigator and research staff to process historical military search and rescue reports using Teleform software. The ideal candidate will be detail-orientated and possess strong proofreading skills.
Description of Responsibilities:
Scan and verify study surveys using Teleform software
Ensure compliance with survey processing policies
Assist with updating study related documents for internal and external use
Assist in the proper management and storage of study records
Maintain equipment necessary for survey processing
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities
High School Diploma
Skill in use of MS Office
Ability to process large amount of data with minimal error
Preferred Qualifications
Prior military (specifically administrative or medic) experience
Due to federal contract restrictions, candidate must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
