Job Description:

The Aviation Production Control Clerk will perform administrative duties in support of the CLS-A contract. The Aviation PC Clerk will work and travel in between customer sites as needed; customer sites include Kandahar, Kabul and Mazar-e Sharif, Afghanistan.

Primary Responsibilities
Primarily responsible for developing flight schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for an assigned portion of a program.
Participating in and establishing/ defining program plan requirements.
Reporting daily, weekly, and monthly aircraft status as required on both excel and word documents.
Assist in the mentoring of Afghan counterparts.
Perform additional duties related to the overall performance of the mission as required.

Basic Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent and 3 - 5 years of prior relevant experience.
Candidate must have an active NACI clearance.
Experience coordinating maintenance activities and schedules
Experience analyzing maintenance costs
Experience leading and/or participating in production control meetings
Experience preparing and presenting status updates and customer level reviews
Experience developing, preparing, coordinating, and integrating all levels of plans and schedules
Must be knowledgeable and conversant in military maintenance operations, safety, and standardization and inspection procedures

As the position location is in Afghanistan, the following requirements need to be met:
Must be able to pass/qualify all CENTCOM CRC medical and training requirements
Active passport with a minimum of 12 months before expiration prior to start date.
Visa with multiple entries for 12 months prior to start date
Completion of Customer required International Readiness Certifications prior to deployment.
Failure to complete any of these actions within 60 days of accept will result in rescinding of the offer. If the candidate is unable to pass the medical screening after the start date and prior to deployment an immediate administrative termination will be requested.

Previous Army aviation experience
Prior maintenance administration/ production control experience
