The QRC Airborne ISR Division at Leidos currently has an opening for a Project Analyst to work in our Bridgewater, VA office. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your business, financial analysis and problem solving skills across a wide range of tasks while maintaining current processes and assisting with development and implementation of improvements. This position is part of a dynamic, fast paced environment and requires a demonstrated "can do" attitude and ability to multitask. The successful candidate must also exhibit the ability to understand business problems and contribute to their resolution via process design and implementation, while communicating effectively with other functional and line personnel.

Primary Responsibilities

The Project Analyst will be responsible for data maintenance and analysis while working under the supervision of a senior financial analyst and with technical staff to collect, analyze and maintain financial data. This requires the ability to apply basic financial concepts to analyze problems of limited complexity. The Project Analyst will also be responsible for document and records management, deployment close-out actions (i.e. managing/monitoring expense reports), closing International Travel Requests, hands-on validation of Leidos and customer requirements, and expiration forecast planning of deploying personnel.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, business or other, with strong emphasis on analytical skills, plus up to two years of experience in project control, accounting, finance or business management with demonstrated analytical strengths and problem solving skills. Must be proficient in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (to include vlookups, pivot tables, formulas, charts, etc.). Ability multitask and to take guidance and assignments from supervisor, and carry out assignments as a sole performer or as part of a team. The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to learn quickly, and be open to adopting new tasks and roles as they come available.

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated skills with MS Access and SharePoint administration.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Experience with Deltek Time and Expense.
