Job Description:
  • Leidos has an immediate opening for a Combat Mission Readiness (CMR) Data Manager at Hurlburt Field, FL. Candidates must currently possess a Top Secret with SCI eligibility in order to be considered. The selected candidate will assist in tracking individual aircrew mission-ready requirements and developing the squadron deployment schedule.


Serves as a Data Manager for the readiness flight of a SOF ISR unit. Responsible for developing and maintaining a database of aircrew member qualifications and experience levels. Compiles information for weekly status reports. Responsible for maintaining squadron deployment schedule. Serves as administrative focal point for readiness flight. The ideal candidate will have experience in tracking and organization of aircrew personnel, as well as experience working with SOF aircrew members.


Specific duties include but are not limited to:

. Monitor, track, and report aircrew member mission readiness throughout all facets of specialized skills training/certification

. Monitor and report individual aircrew member currency/non-currency status for mobility requirements

. Maintain squadron deployment schedule

. Provide periodic summary reports of aircrew readiness and availability status, to include weekly activity reports and general monthly/quarterly/annual numbers

. Track location and deployment status of aircrew members

. Attend meetings and provide briefs regarding force availability

. Coordinate with Training, Scheduling, Plans and Exercises, Director of Operations, and Unit Commander offices for deployment and exercise schedule planning

. Update and maintain continuity documentation for office processes and procedures


Candidate must have 6 years of related experience. An Associate's degree with 4 years of related experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience may be combined to meet the 6 year requirement.


Candidate must have the ability to work independently and function as part of a dynamic team. Must have strong organization skills to capture and display a large volume of information. Must communicate effectively both verbally and in writing and have proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with Patriot Excalibur desired. Candidate must have an active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
