Provides management of the Information Technology Program encompassing to include providing system /network management, data administration, help desk, user training, inventory, software development and maintenance support to all applications, operating systems, hardware, software and IT Infrastructure to and including, but not limited to the current MRO system, workstations, servers, printers, and switches, while ensuring adherence and compliance. This position is a full time responsibility will be located at the main on-site Alliance Facility.
Performs operational management of the IT program, encompassing all aspects of IT support, including providing system and network management, data administration, help desk, user training, inventory, and software development and maintenance support to all applications, operating systems, hardware, software, and IT infrastructure, including the current MRO system, workstations, servers, printers, and switches, while ensuring adherence to and compliance with DOJ policies, regulations, and guidelines regarding Sensitive But Unclassified (SBU) networks
System administrator also serves as a member of the Configuration Control Board (CCB)
Coordinates all tasks through the contracting officer's representative (COR) and the government IT specialist
Based on processes and procedures at the Leidos 14 CFR Part 145 Repair Station and proven processes and procedures within similar aviation programs; 1 System Administrator is required to ensure the fleet maintains operational readiness.
Requires BS degree and 2 - 4 years of prior relevant experience or equivalent military or corporate experience.
The System Administrator shall possess demonstrated experience in business concepts, accounting principles, network management and design.
Demonstrated experience shall include supervisory experience in a similar position.
CCNA Certification is preferred, but not required.

3. Good business practices as they relate to Information Technologies
4. Knowledge of all phases of database design and implementation
5. Quality assurance principles
6. Database standards
7. Rules of database normalization
8. Network operating systems
9. System Administration (Unix) 10. Working knowledge of SQL
