This position is located in Alice Springs Australia. Perform Program Management responsibilities for a critical infrastructure program. Develop and control project budgets, a program risk and opportunity program, personnel resources, and brief senior customer officials on project status. Directly manage personnel performance, workloads and scheduling of personnel. Adjust staffing plans based on workload changes; re-allocate and re-prioritize employees to optimize skills and provide surge support. Post requisitions, interview and hire personnel as needed. Will remain on-call 24/7 to respond to any issue relating to the organization. Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Typically requires a BA degree and 15+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 13+ years of prior relevant experience.
