Job Description:

Leidos has an exciting opportunity for an ISR Training Manager at Fort Bragg, NC. Candidates must possess a current TS/SCI security clearance in order to be considered.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The selected candidate will serve as ISR Training Manager for the Special Operations unit. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining aircrew training records, permanent training files, and training reference materials. The individual will also be responsible for scheduling prioritized initial and continuation training for the support of special operations missions while ensuring standards are maintained for current courses and curriculums. The ideal candidate will be well versed with Air Force flight publications and regulations, have experience planning time sensitive contingency operations, exercises, and sustainment of personnel and equipment. Required to report training statuses to senior unit leadership as well as higher headquarters.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :

Must have 10 years of related experience. A Bachelor's degree may be combined with 4 years of related experience to meet the 10 year requirement. The candidate must have strong customer service skills to support dealing with a variety of military officers and civilian managers.

Must have the ability to work independently and function as part of a dynamic team. The candidate must also communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Proficient in Microsoft Office. TS/SCI required
