Leidos has a job opening for a Part Time IT Asset Administrator Intern in Tucson, AZ.
POSITION/PROGRAM SUMMARY:
Leidos Corporate CIO Services Group has an opening for an intern within the Asset Management team. Our Asset Management team is responsible for supporting our line operations for purchasing and software and hardware asset tracking, In
this role you will be responsible for validating asset information that is being transitioning to a new tracking system as well as assisting in the return of leased assets to the vendors.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Provide assistance with the research and input of licenses, software, hardware, purchase orders, and other related items into the new asset tracking system in Service Now.
-Provide assistance with the close out of the leased asset inventory recovery/return of equipment.
-Other duties may include tracking hardware service dates, test and documentation finding on application updates, document and track all compliance issues.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
-Pursuing at minimum a 2 year degree in Information Technology or related field with an average 3.0 GPA.
-Proficient working with applications in the Microsoft Office suite.
-US Citizenship is required.
