Job Description:

Leidos, Inc., the implementer for Ameren Illinois' award-winning energy efficiency programs, seeks a Residential Operations Manager to perform a range of tasks including supporting Energy Efficiency Program needs in operations management, project tracking and analysis, and data verification while supporting the overall program goals and expectations. The Residential Operations Manager is also responsible for the integrity and quality of all program operations and its subcontractor operations. This opportunity includes regular review of processes, including field visits, to ensure validity of reporting and performance. The Residential Operations Manager will work closely and cooperatively with Program Manager, Program Leads, subcontractor staff and technical management personnel to achieve efficient results. This role's primary focus will be in support of the Residential Energy Efficiency initiatives under the direct supervision of the Manager of Residential Initiatives and is required to judge and analyze independently and to have considerable initiative.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends
• Accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed
• Compile and analyze information under limited supervision
• Work closely with Program Manager and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation
• Assist with any development support pertaining to changes and updates to how the data is managed and presented and assist program team with process optimization
• Coordinate across multiple projects and programs to manage risks, and resolve constraints
• Assist with optimization of key systems and tools
• Maintain complete regulatory transparency for all operations
• Participate in team meetings to provide updates and address action items
• Prepare deliverables in coordination with client and Management requests
• Independently prepare weekly and monthly reports for external and internal purposes
• Real-time metrics collection and correlation to assist in alerting, troubleshooting, and capacity planning
• Work in a team environment while supporting and interacting with cross-functional teams
• Clearly communicate all findings and information to multiple levels of technical familiarity
• Able to directly manage and supervise up to (2) employees in support of primary responsibilities

Additionally, the ideal candidate must have strong communication and time management skills with experience coordinating multiple high-quality deliverables on tight deadlines, be proactive in developing new solutions and processes, adaptable to change and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.

Required Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent work experience in Energy Efficiency)
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in operations
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint a must
• Thorough and complete understanding of Microsoft Excel and its functions
• Data quality, data governance and data management experience required
• Salesforce or other CRM knowledge preferred
• Strong problem solving and issue resolution skills
• Aptitude for unsupervised work while being responsive to management requests
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to high-quality customer service
• Desire to learn, fast learner, and self-starter
• Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
