Leidos is searching for a Customer Liaison Specialist to join our Maritime Intelligence Environment (MIE) Analytic and Programmatic Support Task. All work is in Suitland, MD; candidates must have an active TS/SCI to be considered for this opportunity.
Organize, publish and maintain outward facing information resources for consumers of MIE capabilities.
Prepare and deliver training and demonstrations of MIE capabilities as requested by consumers, senior management and resource sponsors.
Proactively engage with consumers of MIE capabilities to inform and coordinate updates to existing MIE services, to capture emergent mission needs.
Compile, organize and analyze usage metrics and then prepare monthly usage reports for MIE capabilities and services.
Active TS/SCI clearance
BA/BS in marketing, education, communications or other related discipline; additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree
5+ years' experience in fleet/customer support
3+ years' experience in the preparation and delivery of briefings and training materials on technology topics/systems.
Prior sales, marketing or liaison experience with government/military clients is preferred.
