Leidos is currently seeking a Senior Administrative Representative. The Senior Administrative Representative will be located in Afghanistan in support of the Afghanistan CLS MASPO contract. This position will report to the PM, Support Operations in Kabul, Afghanistan. This position is a point of contact and key customer service for all OCONUS Leidos CLS employees and leadership assisting with issues and questions spanning HR, Bus Ops and other functions, and acts as a liaison between the CONUS PMO and the OCONUS team on a variety of administrative issues and concerns. The Senior Administrative Representative will handle all manner of administrative responsibilities and be knowledgeable in the program-specific procedures and processes. The individual will interpret the internal procedures and recommend appropriate processes to include but not limited to: coordinating new hire orientations and in-processing (On-boarding) assistance (I9, new hire forms, etc.), expense report submission, timecard audit/administration/assistance; project scheduling and timelines, data entry, database maintenance, the collection and tracking of data, report generation, facilitate training classes on new and or current processes, coach and assist employees on process and procedure implementation, aid and instruct in-country and newly deployed hires. The candidate may be responsible for additional program specific tasks and responsibilities, as required. The candidate will assist employees in redeployment actions (Off-boarding) like helping to coordinate MILAIR flights and instructions. Candidate will be required to be certified to handle (pickup, store and issue) U.S. mail.
Performs higher level office support duties and provides specialized program support for an administrative department, college, or program. Administrative Specialists perform a wide range of administrative and personal assistant duties including conducting research, preparing statistical reports and spreadsheets, preparing correspondence, reports and presentations, handling information requests, planning conferences and meetings, preparing minutes, providing purchasing and payroll support, fulfilling employment administration requirements, making travel arrangements, and maintaining calendars and schedules. Will be required to participate in CONUS PMO calls surrounding HR and Admin topics. Will participate in CONUS Staff meetings. Responsible for multiple reports such as: daily Perstat, DMR, R&R summary, etc. Focal point for routine collection and analysis of 100% accountability reports from all sections and CLS FOBs.
Very familiar with Microsoft Office software, specifically Excel and Access
US citizen with an active NACI clearance
High School diploma, or equivalent experience/combined education, with additional specialized training in specific aspects of job functions and/or demonstrated ability to perform assigned tasks and 5 Years of experience.
Program Specific Requirement:
Active US passport with a minimum of 12 months before expiration prior to start date.
Visa with multiple entries for 12 months prior to start date
Completion of Customer required International Readiness Certifications prior to deployment.
Failure to complete any of these actions within 60 days of accept will result in rescinding of the offer. If the candidate is unable to pass the medical screening after the start date and prior to deployment an immediate administrative termination will be requested.
All candidates for this position must have prior completion of a positively adjudicated Federal Government Investigation in order to qualify for the role allowing them to receive a Common Access Card (CAC).
Preferred Aviation background experience
Understanding and accepting local languages, customs and traditions (to be able to work with local customs, transport systems and language interpretation)

Military deployment experience is highly desired and deployment experience to the CENTCOM region is desired
