Job Description:

The Defense Group at Leidos currently is looking to fill positions for Planning and Exercise (PLEX) Intermediate Training Developers to work supporting the Army Intelligence Center of Excellence on Fort Huachuca, AZ. This opportunity will support the Huachuca Training and Support Contract. In this mission we will provide Training, Training, Development and Training Support Intelligence Center of Excellence as they train and education the Intel force for the Army.

Primary Responsibilities

Must apply the Army Learning Policy and Systems that manage the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) to create, develop, and maintain learning products for Military Intelligence Military Occupational Specialties (MOSs), Areas of Concentration (AOCs), and professional development courses for Active Component (AC) and Reserve Component (RC) in all three domains (Institutional, Operational, and Self-Development) of Army learning as described by AR 350-1, Army Training and Leader Development. Must coordinate in various types of extension and institutional instructional materials and select the most cost-effective media mixes for presenting instruction; update and maintain POIs, lesson plans, Course Administrative Data (CAD), Army Correspondence Course Program (ACCP), institutional training materials and support to installation level troop schools; assess observations, insights, and lessons (OIL) and, in coordination with designated ICoE/RA personnel and/or the COR, integrate OIL into curriculum for relevant training domains.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Served in the MI branch as an Intelligence Officer, Senior Non Commissioned Officer, or Senior Warrant Officer, U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force or U.S. Marine Corps specialties in support of authorized intelligence activities as defined by AR 381-10 within the last ten years.
  • Experience in the contribution for development of new concepts, techniques, and standards.
  • Designs and administers in-house programs to train all levels of personnel in the following processes: Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield (IPB), Military Decision Making Process (MDMP), Intelligence Support to Collection, the Intelligence Synchronization process, Targeting Operations (lethal and non-lethal), Information Operations, Document and Media Exploitation (DOMEX), Computer Network Operations (CNO), Intelligence Analysis and Fusion Operations.
  • Experience with Developing tests and visual aids.
  • Knowledge of coordination of class arrangements, conducts training classes, and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities.
  • Implements and operates in-house programs, practices, and procedures for developing optimal utilization of personnel.
  • Experience with Designing and administering in-house programs to train all levels of personnel. Position develops tests and visual aids.
  • Experience with maintaining currency with training and development research: learning theory, motivation theory, and new materials, methods, and techniques.
  • Experience with Developing in-house programs and practices to identify developmental needs including preparing personnel for more responsible positions and increasing effectiveness in present assignments
  • Experience in assisting with technical experts in training.
  • Experience with assigning personnel must collectively encompass INT-specific skills in HUMINT, IMINT, GEOINT, SIGINT, and All-Source Analysis
  • Must have 4 years of operational experience in the MI branch as an Intelligence Officer, Senior Non Commissioned Officer, or Senior Warrant Officer, U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force or U.S. Marine Corps specialties in support of authorized intelligence activities as defined by AR 381-10 within the last ten years
